Send within 1 hour of service completion:
"Hi [Name], thanks for choosing [Business Name]! We'd love to hear about your experience. Can you take 30 seconds to leave us a review? [Direct Review Link]"

Step 2: The Email Follow-Up (24 Hours Later)
Subject: "How did we do?"

We hope you're happy with the [service] we provided yesterday.
