What does this score actually measure?
25 weighted local-SEO factors across four areas: Google Business Profile (43% of score), website fundamentals (32%), reviews (32% — yes, reviews count toward both Google and conversion), and citations (12%). Items are weighted by how much they actually move the map pack for home service queries.
Below what score is a problem?
Below 60% you're invisible in the map pack. Between 60–75% you show up sporadically but lose to whoever's at 80+. 80%+ is competing. 90%+ is dominant. Most home service contractors we audit start in the 50–65 range.
Which item should I fix first?
Reviews. They're the single highest-weighted factor that compounds over time. If you're under 50 reviews, get an automated review request system in place this week. Everything else (GBP optimization, schema, citations) is a one-time cleanup; reviews are the long game.
