Why does the wording matter so much?

Should I send SMS or email?
Both, separated by 24 hours. SMS reply rate is 3–4x email, but a chunk of customers will only reply to email. The timing rule still wins: SMS within 24 hours of job completion, email a day after that for the customers who didn't click through.
Won't customers feel spammed?
